Stephen E. Jones is a practising Lawyer with over 20 years experience as a property lawyer, mediator, author and legal commentator, law lecturer, academic, and problem solver. The focus of Stephen's practice with his own clients is on all aspects of property, contracts and personal affairs.
Career in Practice - Property and Contracts Lawyer
Stephen was a partner in the Property and Projects Group of McCullough Robertson, a pre-eminent Queensland law firm, from 1992 – 2009. His busy schedule routinely involved not only the conveying and leasing of major commercial, industrial and retail property assets and businesses, but also advice to enterprises seeking more wide ranging counsel. Amongst the property industry and his profession he is regarded as a ‘go to’ lawyer in complex contractual and property law matters, where he enjoys a loyal client following.

Stephen E Jones
With over 20 years experience, the focus of Stephen's practice is on his clients.
Originally a graduate of University of Queensland with degrees in Law (Hons), and Arts (psychology and English literature; his main interests) he went on to complete a Master of Laws at QUT. His passion for Property and Contract law was ignited early, publishing his first article in the University of Queensland Law Journal under his own name whilst still an undergraduate student with the endorsement of his then lecturer.
